Working with our partner organisations, these placements are designed to provide hands on experience within professional theatre settings and help deaf people develop skills, confidence and industry connections. Whether you are interested in producing, technical theatre, programming, creative development or exploring a career behind the scenes, this is an opportunity to learn directly from experienced theatre professionals. what does the placement include? Successful applicants will receive: A paid placement equivalent to 5 days of activity Flexible scheduling, tailored around the host organisation and your interests Mentoring and support from industry professionals The opportunity to gain practical experience within a leading arts organisation Valuable industry contacts and insight into how theatres operate Full access with BSL interpreters provided Placements do not need to take place over five consecutive days.
